Information according to § 36 Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)

We do not participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG) and have decided not to participate in such a dispute resolution procedure; we are also not obliged to participate in such a dispute resolution procedure.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
