Paseo: A California Bistro Offers a Special Prix Fixe Thanksgiving Day Menu

Paseo: A California Bistro is helping celebrate Thanksgiving 2023 by offering a three-course prix fixe dinner on Thursday, November 23 with seatings between 3:00 and 7:00 PM. Priced at $90.00 per person, guests will be able to enjoy a memorable meal from Chef Sylvain Montassier. There will be vegetarian options and a $25.00 plate for children. Highlighting Paseo's New American cuisine, the holiday prix fixe epitomizes the restaurant’s commitment to using seasonal, naturally harvested and/or locally sourced ingredients often from the area’s best artisans, growers, and producers. The appetizer will be Roasted Butternut Squash Velouté with Fiscalini cheddar and sage panna cotta, and honey-glazed macadamia nuts or a warm Belgian Endive Salad with persimmons, grilled radicchio, and pomegranate seeds tossed with a maple whole grain mustard dressing. For the entrée, there will be a choice of Diestel Farm slow roasted turkey breast with braised cabbage wrapped leg roulade, porcini and cornbread stuffing, crispy Brussels sprouts, honey glazed yams, Paseo pomme purée, cranberry sauce, and thyme gravy or Maine Lobster “Wellington” with seafood sausage, mushroom duxelles, lobster bisque, vegetables from the farmers market, and baby greens. For dessert, choose between Pecan Pie with vanilla-maple crème fraiche and salted caramel ice cream or Vacherin Glacé, coconut dacquoise and ice cream, mango-passion fruit sorbet, mint meringue, and hibiscus sauce.

Paseo: A California Bistro is located at 17 Throckmorton Avenue, near Blithedale Avenue, in Mill Valley, California and is open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 5:00 to 9:00 PM (bar opens at 4:00 PM) with brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
